Kathy Baker Guadagnino

Kathy, a Tega Cay native, attended Charlotte Latin High School winning the Carolinas’ Women Amateur and the PGA National Junior Championship. At Tulsa University she played on two national championship teams, was named All-America twice and won the 1982 NCAA Individual Championship.   Guadagnino joined the (LPGA) in 1983 and her first professional victory came in the 1985 U.S. Women’s Open Championship.  She would win again on the LPGA tour at the 1988 Konica San Jose Classic.
