Arts Council of York County
The Center for the Arts is housed in two restored 100-year-old buildings in historic Old Town Rock Hill. It houses the offices of the Arts Council of York County, the Dalton Gallery, the Edmund Lewandowski Classroom, and private artist studios. The Dalton Gallery features 7-8 exhibitions annually from local, regional, national, and international artists. The Center for the Arts offers space for workshops, receptions, meetings, and small performances.
