Fort Mill Scarecrow Crawl: October 4th-31st

Fall ushers in many fun activities for our community, including one of Fort Mill's most popular events- the annual Scarecrow Crawl held in Downtown Fort Mill. Businesses, organizations, families, individuals, and more create one-of-a-kind scarecrows that are voted on by our community to win prizes. You can view the many creative scarecrows while strolling Downtown and visiting our great shopping and restaurants!

Don't forget to stop by the Visit York County scarecrow! Voting by the public has begun on the Town of Fort Mill Facebook page - vote here!

Lanterns and Legends Walking Tour: Thursday - Saturday in October

Interested in the city of Fort Mill? The Fort Mill Museum takes you on a spooky, yet insightful tour of downtown, with mysterious stories that give you insight on what makes up the fabric of this community. Rain or shine, purchase your tickets today; you won't regret it!

Boos and Ghouls Trunk-or-Treat: Thursday, October 31st from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

This party will transform the lower deck of the Glennon Center parking lot into a grand trunk-or-treat where little monsters can enjoy an evening of games, costume contests, pumpkin carving contests, trick-or-treating, dancing, and more! 

Medieval Revelry at The Mercantile: October 24th

Hear ye, hear ye. Experience the second Renaissance-themed Festival hosted by The Mercantile! October 24th 6PM-10PM, experience spooky-themed events for all ages! Explore a bustling market filled with handcrafted treasures, unique wares, and one-of-a-kind gifts crafted by local artisans. Cheer on valiant knights as they compete in thrilling jousting matches. Dress in your finest medieval garb and compete for the title of best-dressed lord, lady, or young squire.

41st annual BOO-HaHa at Fountain Park: October 26th 

The 41st annual BOO-HaHa is near! OTS Media and the Old Town Association are pleased to announce BOO-HaHa will take place on Saturday, October 26 from 11 AM - 1 PM. The popular costume contests for ages 2 to 14 will return with cash and prizes, and over 30 business partners will be offering trick-or-treating with candy and treats.

All Jacked Up Fall Festival at The Common Market: October 26th 

The Arts Council of York County is partnering with Common Market Rock Hill, Black's Peaches, and Broom Closet Events for a fall festival featuring a vendor market, pumpkins, music, food and the Arts Council's first annual pumpkin carving competition 

Mr. Putty’s First Annual Halloween Trunk or Treat: October 26th

Spooky characters and decorations will flood the Mr. Putty's Golf course with over 20 vendors at each stop along the way! Vendors will be passing out special Halloween themed give aways, PLENTY OF CANDY offering unique crafts, and have special treats & services for sale! This is a completely FREE event to the public - Mr. Putty’s is providing the Location and the Fun and asks all children under 13 to be supervised by parents for this event.

Boo-seum! at Main Street Children's Museum: October 26th

Monsters, monsters everywhere. Mini monsters, massive monsters, you’re in for a scare. Explore the tree of the vampire bats and escape down the slide before becoming a snack. Head to the house to make monster stew. A delightful recipe that’s fun to do. Go to the garden and make lanterns with Scarecrow, then sit down for a story and a monster puppet show!  The babies can play in the pumpkin at ease, with lots of soft toys it’s fun, you’ll see. Up in the classroom it’s time for a search, you see there’s a monster that’s stuck in a lurch. He’s left tracks all over for you to find, with big tracks of big feet what does that bring to mind? With hard work and talent I’m sure you will see him, so dress up and come down to Main Street Children’s Museum.

2nd Annual Boos & Boats at Papa Doc's: October 27th

Trunk-or-Treat, Lake Wylie style... on the docks! "Boo's and Boats" is a trunk-or-treat style event on the docks of Papa Doc's Shore Club. Bring your costumed kiddos for a spooktacular time!

The Spooky Speakeasy will also be open at this time, so grab a specialty Halloween cocktail or pumpkin beer and take the kids out for a unique trick-or-treating experience!

City of Tega Cay's Pumpkin Palooza: October 28th-31st

Tega Cay’s newest event! Creep into the bone-chilling extravaganza of Tega Cay's newest spooktacular creation from October 28th to Halloween! You will be wowed by the mind-blowing pumpkin masterpieces created by locals battling it out for rewards and boasting privileges! Get set for a thrilling experience like no other!

Papa Doc's Spooky Speakeasy: Every Thursday through Saturday in October

 Papa Doc's Spooky Speakeasy, a pop-up Halloween themed bar, opens October 3rd at Papa Doc's Shore Club. The Spooky Speakeasy will feature over the top decor, plenty of photo ops, and a specialty spooky cocktail menu.

Witch Walk Bar Crawl in Old Town: October 26th

Four of your favorite spots are combining to host their first bar crawl in Old Town! The Bar Crawl includes: RH Brewing's Halloween party 6-10pm, Hoppin's Boo's and Brews from 8-1am, Hot Ghoul Halloween at Tattooed Brews from 8-2am, and Halloween Horror Nights at Player 1Up from 9-2am.  DJs, themed drinks, specials, all kinds of spooktacular fun to be had!

Have a SCARY GOOD TIME during Lore's Boo's and Brews Halloween Bash! They will have the delicious beer flowing, as well as themed cocktails and jello shots, and DJ Xtreme will be here bringing the DJ and Karaoke party! Come dressed to impress for your chance to win a gift card!

Halloween Fun at Untamed Waters Brewing: October 26th

Fort Mill friends can enjoy spooky season at Untamed Waters Brewing on October 26.
