YORK COUNTY, S.C. — Visit York County is proud to once again support and promote the South Carolina Ag + Art Tour as it returns to its roots in York County: the place where it all began.
As the original host of the very first Ag + Art Tour in 2012, York County continues to play a leading role in the growth of this beloved statewide event. What started locally has expanded across South Carolina, welcoming counties into the Ag + Art family and drawing thousands of visitors each year.
The Ag + Art Tour is a free, self-guided experience that invites visitors to explore farms and markets featuring local artisans at every stop. Guests can see firsthand where their food comes from, watch artists in action, purchase handmade goods, enjoy live music, and gain a deeper appreciation for rural life.
This year, Visit York County is also proud to highlight the involvement of Nation Ford Land Trust, a key partner in preserving the natural and agricultural landscapes that make experiences like the Ag + Art Tour possible. Their work in land conservation helps protect local farms and open spaces, ensuring that future generations can continue to enjoy and learn from York County’s rich agricultural heritage.
