William B. Banks

Bill refereed high school and small college basketball for 25 years. He won 267 high school baseball games, 9 conf. championships, 5 upper state championships, & 2 state chamionships at Fort Mill High. He was nominated for Nat’l High School Baseball Coach of the Year in 1982.
