Graduated from Finley and Winthrop. Head Basketball Coach at York Comprehensive High for 21 years, winning the state championship in 2002. Her track team was state runner-up in 1987. She was South Carolina Coach of the Year in 2002 and has coached in the North-South All-Star game.
