The three owners/operators, Paul Pflug, Paul Pagan and Curtis Hines, started The Dixie Pig in April of 2015 with one purpose in mind... to provide Rock Hill, Fort Mill and the surrounding areas with amazing food and superb service in a funky and quirky environment.
