Our main attraction, marinated rotisserie chicken, is the starting point on a menu that creatively mixes Southern and “south of the border” ingredients. Our chicken, marinated without added oils or fat, is served alongside our unique vegetables, cold salads, and pork dishes, all made daily from the finest ingredients available.
