In January 2017, we achieved our goal: 100% clean food made without artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavors or colors from artificial sources. Now, with over 2,000 bakery-cafes in the U.S. and Canada, we’re still paying attention to the important things. All of this, what it all comes down to, is wanting for our guests what we want for our own families. Simply: great food.
