Welcome to our freshly renovated cozy 1957 cottage. 3 BR/2 Full baths/3rd BR doubles as an office. Larger yard, carport & plenty of parking. Walk /Bike to Winthrop Lake, Play Disc Golf. Miracle Park of Rock Hill is located across the street. Easy walk to restaurants & Earth Fare Grocery. Free Wi-Fi / Roku TV. Please "private message" me if you are bringing a pet to work out any details and also you must provide a Goverment Issued ID prior to booking approval per Air BNB guidelines. The space The cottage has easy access to all the fun and to I-77 in Rock Hill. Large family room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Fully functional kitchen and stocked Coffee Bar & basic spices provided for short stays. Dining Room great for meetings or playing games. A private office area with a laptop friendly desk & office chair (also can function as a 3rd bedroom w/closet). There is a sofa with the cushions pulled off that will sleep one/available upon request is a queen air mattress on foundation. Orange Room with Queen bed & full private bath. Blue Room w/King Bed has access to full bath in hallway. House Rules: Everything is new - please leave shoes at the door, no drippy foods around carpets, rugs or furniture please! Laundry access on premises for extended stays. Pet friendly at descretion of host, pet fee is $125.00 and sofa covers are provided should your dog be a sofa cruiser like ours. Nice covered carport area for sitting outside overlooking peaceful back yard or grilling on the gas grill. Guest access Large parking turnaround area at end of driveway. Sidewalks are adjacent to property. Stroll to Winthrop Lake from intersection of Cherry Rd and Richmond Dr. We are just a few blocks to 2 great Mexcan restaurants, Little Cafe, Jersey Mikes & Earth Fare Grocery. Easy bike ride to Winthrop and Old Town. Other things to note GUEST INSTRUCTIONS ARE POSTED ON THE REFRIGERATOR FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. Keypad code provided day of arrival. Guests are asked to leave cottage in condition it was found in and furniture placed the same. Remove refuse (green bin)& recyclables(blue bin-NO glass) to containers. Instructions for the home are printed and left on the front of the refrigerator. Please follow protocol listed on instructions for used linens (sheets & towels). Run dishwasher if needed upon departure. House cleaning is required every 2 weeks for stays more than 21 days. The charge is $80.00 cash to cleaners. Tuesday is refuse collection day. If you are checking out on Monday please leave containers at street on sidewalk. If you have special needs please just ask I will do my best to accomodate my guests.
