Larne Building

The Larne Building, 103 N. Main Street, Clover, is rented by the Town for family and class reunions, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, meetings, and other special events. It has a standing capacity of 360 people and tables and seating for 84. A $150 security deposit is required to guarantee a date. The daily rental rate for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is $300 for in-town residents and $400 for non-residents. The rate for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is $150 for in-town residents and $200 for non-residents. A rental application is required.
