    Enjoy a Samdhaana Yoga class that focuses on energetic bodies and patterns of movement. At the heart of Samdhaana is the choreography of patterns of movement that directs and guides the flow of energy through the body. That flow of energy is powerful, promoting healing by restoring balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Working toward that balance also creates space, a sacred space that allows for deep reflection, inner development, a sense of peace and, for those seeking it, spiritual growth.

    When: Saturdays, April-October

    Ages: All ages. Please keep in mind we try to keep a calming atmosphere in the class and we ask that everyone keeps voices low and stay mindful of other yogis.

    Don’t forget: Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and water.

    Cost: $12 per person, members get a 50% discount

    Registration: Registration for May-August sessions opens April 15. Registration for September-October sessions opens August 15.

If we cancel due to severe weather, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will provide a refund.
