Honey Extracting & Byproducts Class

This event is for all experience levels. You will learn how the bees make honey and how it gets from the hive to your table. You will gain hands-on experience and get to try various techniques to uncap, extract and bottle the honey. You will also learn about byproducts of the hive and get to melt down beeswax to make a candle.
