DOWNTOWN JAZZ JAM Workshop/Jam/Concert

DOWNTOWN JAZZ JAM celebrates its one-year anniversary with a jazz music workshop, open jam session, and jazz concert Nov. 3 at The Power House in Rock Hill, SC. It's a free event! SC Jazz Ambassador Mark Rapp and his band will lead the festivities. Please sign up at the link below for the 4 pm jazz workshop led by Mark and his band, along with area top jazz musicians/educators, including Winthrop professors. Area musicians of all skill levels, including students, are invited. After the workshop, we'll have a 5 pm open jam session, and a 6 pm concert by The Mark Rapp Quintet. City Decks A and B have free parking. We will be outside if the weather is good, so bring a lawn chair. If bad weather, we'll be inside.
