    Join us for Children’s Day on the Farm! This year in honor of the 250th anniversary of the beginning of the American Revolution (April 19, 1775), we will be focusing on children’s life, work, and play in the 18th century.
    On-Going Activities:
    • Military camp cooking
    • Writing with quill pens
    • Blacksmithing demonstration
    • Woodworking
    • 18th century toys and games
    • Visiting a militia camp
    • 18th century laundry
    • Soft-serve ice cream, hot dogs, cookies, lemonade, and popcorn available for purchase
    Scheduled Activities:
    • Children’s militia drills (10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., & 3:30 p.m.)
    • “Walking in Watt’s Shoes” tour of Huck’s Defeat Battlefield (10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m., & 3 p.m.)

    Admission for Children’s Day on the Farm is $10 per person. Before you buy, consider our Trial Membership for $20 per family*, for 1 month of membership benefits, including free admission to Children’s Day on the Farm.
    *Up to 2 adults and the primary member’s children or grandchildren under 18.
    ⏱️Children’s Day will take place in two sessions, featuring the same activities. The first session is 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and the second session is 1– 4 p.m.
    🚧Please note: Brattonsville Road will be closed from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; please follow the posted detour.
