Fall weather means our York County farms open their big barn doors and let us in for those family-fun experiences. Whether you’re looking for the perfect pumpkin, fresh produce, or memories that will last a lifetime, York County’s farms have it. Here are some York County farms and farmers' markets you’ll want to visit this fall.

Whether you choose to pick one giant pumpkin for your front porch or a dozen small pumpkins, Bush-N-Vine promises you will enjoy your visit and make memories that will last a lifetime with your loved ones. 

Fall Farm Day at Baker Farm

September 28th

Join Baker Farm for a free event at the farm from 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM on Sat, Sept 28. Admire the cows as they graze, pet the in-house donkey, Alfie, or pay a small donation to take your picture with baby sheep! Learn how a fiber farm works, from shearing the sheep to spinning yarn. With multiple vendors, local yarn, live music, kid's crafts, concessions, and more, there's something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

Black's Peaches Fall Festival

Every Weekend in October

Black's Peaches Fall Festival is open every weekend in October. $10 per person, and activities include a corn maze, skeeball, a farm playground, and hayrides! Unfortunately, Fido will have to sit this one out, as no furry friends are permitted during the fall festival.

Cherry Place Farm Fall Festival

Saturdays and Sundays in October

Cherry Place Farm is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays in October. The October festival is a self-guided tour of their farm that features a corn maze and pumpkin patch. This is a family-friendly event, but all ages will enjoy the activities. They do not require reservations at this time; admission is $10 per person for everyone ages two and up. 10th Annual Curtin Farms Fest

October 12th

Experience the best of local craftsmanship and culture at Curtin Farms Fest, a vibrant community gathering set on a historic 100-year-old working farm. Explore over 70 talented artisans, craftsmen, and food vendors offering unique, hand-crafted products, antiques, and local delicacies. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event at the entrance. 

The Peach Tree Orchard Pumpkin Patch

Every Weekend in October

Join the Peach Tree Orchard every weekend in October for their annual Fall Festival! They'll have massive pumpkin displays, made-to-order hot pumpkin cinnamon donuts, our famous, not your mama’s pumpkin pie crazy milkshake, mountain apples, and a big fall ole truck display for taking pictures! 

Harvest on the Homestead at Historic Brattonsville

Harvest on the Homestead takes place every Saturday in October. 

Celebrate fall at Historic Brattonsville by learning more about 19th-century-style harvest-time festivities! Each Saturday you will learn about a different crop of the harvest season. Pre-registration is encouraged; limited walk-up tickets are available.
