Whether you’re looking for the perfect pumpkin, fresh produce, or just memories that will last a lifetime, York County’s farms have it. Here’s 11 York County farms you’ll want to visit this fall.
1650 Filbert Hwy. York, SC
Every Saturday from September 28th through October 26th, this family farm will put you in the ultimate fall mood. Bush-N-Vine’s fresh produce, pumpkins, and wagon rides are the perfect experience. Every Saturday the farm will offer live music on the patio with bounce houses, swing sets and more! You can take a hayride out to pick your own pumpkin for just $5 a person.

Head out to Black’s Peaches every weekend in October for the ultimate family experience. Take a hayride, slide down an old combine, or get lost in a cotton maze. This farm lets you get up close and personal with farm animals and all the fun a farm can offer! Don’t forget to plan lunch here the Cottonbelt café and bakery onsite will fill the whole family up!

Come out to Cherry Place Farm every Saturday and Sunday throughout October to celebrate fall! Make your way through a 2-acre corn maze, take a hayride, or get to know some farm animals! For just $8 you can do all of this and take home a baby pumpkin!

Home of everything apples! Apple Picking, Apple Pies, Apple Cider, Apple Cider Slushies, Hard Apple Cider, and did we mention Apple Cider Doughnuts? Come enjoy a picnic and a hard cider flight or just come for the cider doughnuts. The best time to visit? For a Friday night bonfire. Don’t forget to check-in on the YoCo Brew Trail while you’re there via the Visit York County app.

Autumn is coming to King’s Landing – farm that is. Head out to this farm on November 2nd from 11am to 7pm for a renaissance style farm event. There will be food, artisans, and live music! Don’t miss this rare chance to see this farm!

One of our biggest one-day farm festivals is at Curtin Farms in Clover on October 12th from 10 – 4pm. Enjoy this 100-year-old working farm while shopping for unique goods. There will be local food for purchase, live music, antiques, and crafts!
Anne Springs Close Greenway:

Experience the Anne Springs Close Greenway like never before with their Fall Frolic Event. This 2,100-acre nature preserve also functions as a farm, which will open for Fall Frolic. This family event will run the last three weekends in October. Enjoy wagon rides, mazes, pedal carts, kayaking, a petting zoo and so much more. Horse rides for $5 a piece will also be offered!
Old Town Farmer’s Market:

The Old Town Farmer’s Market at Legal Remedy Brewing just keeps growing all year long. If you’re looking for the freshest produce, baked goods, and artisans in one place, the farmer’s market has it. You’ll find meat from Sharon Hill Farms, fall leafy vegetables and even pumpkins this fall. The Farmer’s Market runs each Saturday from 8am to Noon at Legal Remedy through November.

If you’re looking for a laid-back fall farm festival, the Peach Tree Orchard is your spot. They’ll have a straw maze for small kids and lots of pumpkins and gourds. If you’re hungry definitely try the Not Yo’ Mamas Pumpkin Pie Milkshake that includes a pumpkin cookie on top! Stop in anytime Monday though Sunday. Take home some sandwiches as well!
